| Required Education, Experience, and Skills | Education & Skills: Some college coursework preferred, high school diploma required. Valid drivers license required. Proven track record of 2+ years business-to-business sales success required. Position requires 2+ years of excellent communication skills and public speaking experience. Considerable amounts of independent judgment and complex problem solving are required. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and self-motivate. Mastery of disciplined lead generation techniques preferred. Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: Some driving within metropolitan areas required. Position may also require some travel in and out of state. Must be able to type and operate various office equipment. Job requires speaking, sitting and standing for extended periods. Listening and talking in an office environment (phone and face-to-face) and presenting proposals required frequently. |
