Account Manager - Phoenix, AZ

Apply technical savvy and strategic mindset to help companies optimize their communication, storage, and security solutions in the Phoenix, AZ market. Job Description	Essential Functions Develop and implement a strategy to penetrate target markets, including lead generation techniques and continuous learning about available technologies. Discover customer needs through methodical and thorough approach to understanding their business initiatives, long-term strategies, and immediate goals. Consult with sales engineers and other technical staff regarding feasibility/accuracy of technical solutions and related pricing. Prepare accurate, professional proposals and make presentations to qualified leads. Utilize assistance from project managers, systems engineers, senior consulting engineers, sales support staff, and others to ensure efficient implementation and ongoing “wide and deep” sales approach. Remain apprised of market, technical, and other business trends, share data with manager and/or senior account executives to develop effective sales tactics. Cultivate repeat business by supporting post-sale customer service and/or trouble-shooting as requested by manager. Embody professionalism, team spirit, and continuous learning. Required Qualificaions/Experience	Specialized Knowledge and Skills Considerable amounts of independent judgment and complex problem solving are required. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and self-motivate. Mastery of disciplined lead generation techniques preferred. Education and Experience Requirements Some college coursework preferred, high school diploma required. Valid drivers license required. Proven track record of 2+ years business-to-business sales success required. Position requires 2+ years of excellent communication skills and public speaking experience. Cisco Implementation Engineer (Route/Switch and Security) - Phoenix, AZ
This position is responsible for the successful implementation and integration of Cisco data networking and security solutions. The successful candidate will have extensive experience and demonstrated advanced skills in the deployment of various Cisco products including, routers, LAN switches, firewalls, security solutions, wireless, storage, and network management solutions.

Job Description	Essential Functions Performs both Pre and Post Sales support activities including, development of presentations, bill of materials, and statements of work. Works with Account Managers and Presales Engineers to meet with customers, assess their needs, and develop solution proposals. Works directly with outside customers to develop detailed implementation plans, design and configuration parameters. Performs equipment configuration, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment. Develop and document client solutions and related procedures for installation, use, troubleshooting and maintenance of communications hardware and software. Consult with customers to determine present and future technological needs. Effectively communicate technical matters to non-technical people. Maintain customer documentation on internal server. Visit vendors, attend conferences or training, and study technical journals to keep up with changes in technology. Test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility. Assure quality prior to shipment. Job Description	Works with project manager to allocate team resources, including scheduling, training, and mentoring, on a day to day basis to meet customer, employee and company needs.
